El Bestiario de las Emociones

El Bestiario de las Emociones is a book of fables for adults that acts as a mirror, reflecting back the face of our most untamed emotions.

This is a very special commemorative edition: half a century after its original publication in Montenegro, it comes back to life thanks to the author’s daughter, Božidar Djoković.

The illustrations in this project are conceived with the intention of going beyond what is visible. As with the fables themselves, each image offers a second reading and becomes an invitation to pause, reflect, and discover what lies beneath the surface. With each one, I hope that those who observe them will find a small reflection of their own emotions.
